Psychotherapy
A collaborative space to deepen self-understanding, navigate life’s complexities, and reconnect with yourself in more grounded and meaningful ways.
Individual psychotherapy offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and deepen your relationship with yourself. It is a collaborative and relational process that supports greater awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful change, not through fixing, but through understanding the patterns, experiences, and adaptations that have shaped you.
I work with people navigating life transitions, grief and loss, burnout, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity shifts, self-doubt, and periods of feeling disconnected from themselves or their lives. Together, we explore both the visible and less conscious layers of experience, such as thoughts, emotions, body responses, dreams, patterns, conflicts, and the wider systems impacting your inner world.
My approach is grounded in Process-oriented Psychotherapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Depth Psychology, and ecological perspectives. Rather than viewing symptoms or struggles as problems to eliminate, I approach them as meaningful expressions carrying insight, emotion, and potential for transformation. Therapy becomes a space to gently explore attachment patterns, nervous system responses, inner conflict, and the parts of yourself asking for attention or change.
At the heart of my work is the understanding that you are the expert of your own lived experience. I offer a non-hierarchical and attuned therapeutic relationship that honours your pace, autonomy, and inner wisdom.
Therapy can support you to:
Deepen self-understanding and self-trust
Navigate grief, transition, and uncertainty
Explore relationship and attachment patterns
Develop greater emotional awareness and resilience
Reconnect with your body, needs, and intuition
Work through anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout
Cultivate a life that feels more aligned and meaningful
I am accredited with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and is committed to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
Sessions are available online and in person.
